1. What TrendiView is

TrendiView is an independent, informational markets data platform. It aggregates and displays prices, charts, technical indicators and educational content for cryptocurrencies, stocks, gold, metals and commodities. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, financial adviser, or investment firm. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, or manage assets on anyone’s behalf.

2. No investment advice

All content on the Service — including prices, charts, indicators, guides, and any other material — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

We make no representation that any asset, strategy or approach is suitable for you. Markets are volatile and involve substantial risk; you can lose some or all of your money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision. 3. Data accuracy & “as is” provision

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Prices may be delayed and may differ from those at your exchange or broker. Technical indicators are derived from historical data and do not predict future performance.

4. Third-party data & attribution

The Service relies on data from third-party providers, which may include CoinGecko, Binance and Yahoo Finance. All trademarks, service marks and trade names of those providers are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to disclose our sources. TrendiView is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such provider. Your use of third-party data may also be subject to those providers’ own terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data at a scale that burdens our infrastructure or that of our data providers;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems;
• misrepresent the Service’s content as personalized advice, or resell it as such; or
• introduce malware or otherwise attempt to harm the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s original content — including its design, text, editorial guides and branding — is owned by TrendiView or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit our original content commercially without permission. Underlying market data remains subject to the rights of the respective data providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendiView and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including, without limitation, any trading or investment losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any content on it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
