App Terms of Use

1. What the App is

The TrendiView App is an independent, informational multi-asset markets tool. It displays prices, charts, technical indicators, watchlists and price alerts for cryptocurrencies, stocks, gold, metals, commodities, forex and indices. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, money-services business, wallet, financial adviser or investment firm.

2. Non-custodial — we never hold funds or keys

The App is non-custodial and read-only. We never take custody of your money, assets, private keys or seed phrases; we never execute, route or facilitate trades; and we never ask for your exchange API keys or wallet secrets. Any buying, selling or account activity happens entirely on a third-party exchange’s own website or app, which you reach by leaving the App through your external browser and which is governed by that provider’s terms.

3. No investment advice

Everything in the App — prices, charts, indicators, alerts and any text — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, offer, signal or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We make no representation that any asset or strategy is suitable for you. Markets are volatile and involve substantial risk; you can lose some or all of your money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision.

4. Data accuracy & “as is”

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (which may include CoinGecko, Binance and Yahoo Finance) and is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Prices may be delayed and may differ from those at your exchange or broker. Indicators are derived from historical data and do not predict future performance. Price alerts are best-effort and may be delayed or missed due to network, device or provider conditions; do not rely on them as your sole trigger for any decision.

5. Your account

Some features (watchlist sync and price alerts) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App. You may delete your account at any time as described in our App Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree that you will not:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data at a scale that burdens our infrastructure or that of our data providers;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying systems;
• misrepresent the App’s content as personalized advice, or resell it as such; or
• introduce malware or otherwise attempt to harm the App, our systems or other users.

7. Third-party links & services

The App may link to third-party services, including exchanges (via affiliate or “open account” buttons that open your external browser). We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or practices. Any such visit is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We may earn a commission if you open an account with a partner exchange; this never changes the price you pay and never constitutes a recommendation.

8. Intellectual property

The App’s original content — design, text, editorial material and branding — is owned by TrendiView or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use. Underlying market data remains subject to the rights of the respective data providers.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that data will be accurate or timely.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendiView and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including, without limitation, any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or losses from delayed, missed or inaccurate data or alerts — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App or any content in it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

11. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “effective date” above reflects the current version, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrendiView’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
