What is Aptos (APT)?
Aptos is a layer-1 blockchain that launched in October 2022, founded by Mo Shaikh and Avery Ching, former engineers on Meta's shelved Diem stablecoin project. Like the related Sui network, it uses the Move programming language, which was designed with the safe handling of digital assets in mind.
